Refunds
For a refund or replacement, we only accept the item which arrives in several conditions.
- Damaged or missing part items.
- Wrong item received.
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To get a replacement for your item, please contact us the details for your order.
* The item is ready for self-pickup at the local post office (for some reason, the local post office in some countries is not able to deliver the product to the customer's address) and the customer doesn't pick up the package. The package will be held in the post office and waiting for pick up until certain time. If no one picks up the package in the post office, they may return the package to us again. And we don't responsible for this. So make sure that you are updated with the shipping information.

Returns
Due to the customized nature of all of the products we produce at Wildoze, we cannot offer returns. Your item is designed and crafted with care and is entirely personal for you.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@wildoze.com and send your item to :

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for you to exchange product to reach you may vary.

Due to high demand, our processing time for order verification, quality check, and packaging will be 1-2 days before shipping.

Express shipping : 3-6 Business Days
When you get your shipping confirmation email, you also find your personal tracking number in the same email. You can copy the tracking number and TRACK IN HERE.
After getting the shipping confirmation mail it can takes up to 3 days until the tracking code is active. If you still experience problems after 3 days, please do not hesitate to contact us via info@wildoze.com
Kindly be noticed that International Shipping would take a long time to reach the destination.
1. Once we've finished to process your order, we will bring your package from our warehouse to the local post office.
(Our staff will deliver it within a day after you order has been processed)
2. The local post office will take your package to the International Airport's warehouse and waiting for any available flight to your country. (This process may take 2-3 days).
3. After your package has arrived in the destination country, it will be checked by the customs clearance at your country. (This process usually takes 4-6 days)
4. After the customs clearance process has been finished, the package then will be processed by the local courier in your country like USPS, Royal Mail, DPD Austria, UPS, DHL, etc and deliver the package to your door (This process usually takes 1-3 days)

Sometimes, online tracking makes updates before your package has actually reached your door. The package will often arrive within 2-3 days.

You will be billed in your chosen currency. However, Wildoze currently allows for checking out only in United States Dollar.
Unexpected extra fees are something no one ever looks forward to, and we apologize if you were not aware that duty fees can sometimes apply on international orders. There is always a chance that your country will charge customs/duties fees for goods over a certain value that are entering the country. Customs duty fees are tariffs or taxes imposed on goods when they cross international borders. Unfortunately this is out of our control because these fees are not collected by Wildoze.
We don't currently have the ability to include these fees at our checkout because every country has different policies that change frequently.
